I once had to stay overnight for severe dehydration and they all took great care of me and would check on me every hour. Very caring staff and very professional.
Best hospital in and around Orlando! Each time I've been, which has been quite frequently lately because I'm always getting sick, they take me right back to a room and get all the IVs and everything set up. The longest I've ever had to wait was 30 minutes to get a room.
I was born at WPMH and it's the only one I trust because I can get in and out in a timely manner. 27 years later, they're still #1 with me!
The Facilities here are good. I have visited their ED and Women’s wings and they both have excellent care. Everything is always clean and all of the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this hospital to whoever is in the area.
I hated this place. I had gave birth to my son 5 months ago here and it was the worst experience. The room was extremely cold for me and the baby. I didn't get fresh cookies like my last experience 4 years ago. I thought I was suppose to get a massage but I never had got one. The nurses had a attitude. Every time I asked for something like more diapers, pads, baby formula they said ok and never came back! It was like a jail in there I couldn't wait to leave. My first experience there they had came in and washed my daughter hair in front of me. The second time I delivered they didn't even do that. The only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast. Other than that DO NOT DELIVER HERE! ILL BE DELIVERING AT WINNIE PALMER FROM NOW ON
I spent two days at WPMH following a hip replacement. The nurses and technicians were wonderful. I am sincerely grateful for their care and assistance. Like all large institutions they have administrative challenges but compared to other hospitals I've experienced they are the best. They treat you like a human that needs help instead of a patient that needs to be endured until he's gone. I would recommend this hospital without reservation.
I Loved giving birth to two of my children here. The staff was great. The massage therapist that came and massages new mothers after birth felt like a dream. The rooms are so clean and private, you dont have to share a room like out West which is wonderful. Also, they have a full five star menu you get to order from and specifically choose which foods You want. I Loved their chicken Cesar salads after I gave birth. They Also brought me anything and everything I asked. I loved it here. Would Highly recommend the Baby Place in Winter Park!!
