Most doctors here are great! Select few (Dr. Jaikaran) will mock you behind closed doors while "bouncing ideas off of other doctors"... He often was unable to answer my questions and came across as being very new. I've been going here for years. I understand that they are all learning but between the bad bed side manner and not knowing anything I often thought he was clueless. Don't let one not so great doc ruin avoiding this place all together. The other doctors are excellent. Especially Doctor Thomas and Dr. Daniels.
Used to be an ok choice for easy well visits and the occasional cold or flu. In the last year we've needed some actual help and didn't receive it either time. Each visit is with a different doctor since the last doctor you saw is now not in the office for several days to a week or doesn't have any appointments available, so we see whomever is available for a follow up visit and there is no continuity of care. I had a women's well visit with pap etc. and the doctor I saw looked so uncomfortable and almost embarrassed to be doing a gynocology visit that she was done in under 2 minutes. No questions asked, no discussion. I'll be scheduling another appointment elsewhere and finding a new family doctor for the kids.
This practice used to be great and the doctors were great, but now the only good thing is the lady who checks you in. I came in for a well woman visit and the dr made fun of and harassed me because it was before the three year mark. Then today I came in for ongoing sinus issues and they don't want to try and help at all, knowing that I have been suffering for quite some time. I will never go back to this facility, and will definitely be finding a new primary care physician whom actually cares about their patients.
Always have friendly nurses and Dr that listen to your problems.
This Office does not answer their phone I have been calling for 2 days 5/25 and 5/26. You get a recording about their high call volume. I never heard back from a message I left on 5/24--Horrible Service! Last appointment I had waited one hour for the doctor.
