I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and its people.
I had my pickup interior detailed, including shampooing seats and carpets. I also had the truck exterior washed.
I waited a long time to clean my car up because it cost $20 so I finally went here and I was extremely disappointed in the fact that they barely touch the interior. They did not clean the console like they said they would or the inside of the doors and the windows were not totally clean. I won't be wasting my $20 there again, I lost my receipt or I would go back and make them redo it
They did an excellent job. They did the job in the timeframe they told me it would take and did it at a reasonable price .
Brought a car in to get the inside cleaned and vacuumed. We weren't looking for anything major. It just needed a really good vacuum and wipe-down, but still cleaned. $95 later we pick up the car, and WE had to wipe it down even more as it was not thoroughly cleaned. It was better since it really needed the vacuum, but for $95, I shouldn't look in some areas and see anything left. Overall, not worth the money.
They did a good job. My full-size work van got clean. Which is a challenge and many other carwashes.
Usually like the experience here, but an incident earlier in the week changed that. Before entering the wash the attendant unscrewed the antenna which had never happened before. After going through the wash I discovered that the housing containing the antenna insert had been torn off. I spoke with management (starting with the really snippy young woman at the cash register) and was told nothing could be done despite the fact that their employee had a hand in the whole thing.I get the policy regarding damages and that the people there work really hard, but the refusal to discuss in a reasonable way was a turn off. Glad there was not more serious damage. Octopus on Mills does a better job overall anyway.
