If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so disappointed in a car wash in my life. My regular car wash was closed today so I decided to try this place...I wish I just saved my $30 I spent for their “premium package” and tip and washed my car myself. First I waste almost an hour sitting there. The staff isn’t welcoming or even seems friendly. Which should of told me to just leave but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it’s saturday and it seemed busy. So finally after almost an hour is up they call me to my car and immediately you can see it’s still dirty. Bugs still all over the front of the car and headlights, No tire shine. They didn’t even clean the wheels well, which was a priority. As soon as I open the car door you can see the poor vacuum they did as the carpet is still dirty, dash had fuzzies all over it, the center cosole and cup holders were not even touched, they didn’t even wipe the bottom near the door jams. Then to top it all off I never got my air freshener that’s apparently included with the package I paid for. I’ve honestly never seen such poor service. It truly amazes me that they even remotely thought this was acceptable. I wish I hadn’t paid cash so I could dispute this with my bank. At least then I could of went somewhere that could do the job correctly.

Just got back from getting our car washed and the seats washed and they did a really great job!
Girlfriend got me a wash wax and interior detail for my birthday (Jeep really needed it), I was shocked when I got my car back. I have never seen a car this clean inside and out. Their work is amazing, I will begin to be a regular customer. Thanks!
The only place I have my car washed in Orlando. Awesome service, quick but quality turn around times , and nice waiting lounge. Last week after my car came out of the wash the guys started drying it and then FL afternoon storm hit . Employees offered me a discounted wash on next visit and 25$ off a detail service.
My family takes their vehicles here so I decided to give them a shot. I have an older truck and I simply wanted the seats cleaned. Pulled up and first they told me a few hours, then was able to work me in now. Perfect!
Well, my complaint is the same as the rest of my families. They've canceled their monthly memberships now because whenever they clean the interior of the vehicle it ALWAYS smells worse after. I worked in fast food, and let me tell you my truck smells WORSE than dirty mop water from the back of the house.
