Why does nothing ever seem to work here??? It's just getting worse. My paint has swirl marks now from using the brush because the damn thing was covered in mud and I didn't even realize it till it was too late. Probably doesn't help it was just laying on the ground. This place needs a serious overhaul. Half the options don't even turn on when you select them sometimes either. The soap brush stinks and doesn't even soap up properly anymore.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! This place has been poorly maintained. When I took my car through the automatic wash today, the soap spray didn't cover the top half of my car, and the blowers that dry the car at the end don't move anymore, and didn't dry the car at all! Drove away with a dripping wet car. Do not go here!
Paid $10 for a carwash today with my card and the machine and the automated system didn't even have any soap come out. I paid $10 to have my car washed with plain water. I like the station because it's close to home and convenient but there's always problems with it which I don't understand....
Waste of money. Very dirty and needs repairs. Waited for soap to come out, it never did. The pressure was pulsating the whole time, I've had more pressure from a garden hose. Very disappointed.
I went today to get a car wash because the last time I went there was a while ago and that used to be really good. As I pulled up to the drive-through car wash I went to put my cash in $10 the machine kept telling me to put cash in and make a selection I had already put my cash in it kept repeating it meanwhile I couldn't get my money back as the machine e my money so I went over to the other one where a car was already in the bag put my credit card in then noticed it look like the credit card scanner had been messed with needless to say I didn't get the carwash I paid for I lost $10 the worst service ever I will never go there ever again! This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to you called the number they never answer your text they never reply you email they never reply you go there to see if you could possibly get your refund back because you never got the car wash and no one is ever there so I'm now contacting the Better Business Bureau on this lame owner
