My move was done within East Orlando , the guys loaded and unloaded our belongings within the time estimated. All of it was done with just two guys and a truck . I'm very pleased with our moving experience and would highly recommend Phill and Tevin to anyone . Thank you My Guys moving!
Failed to pay claim after damaging furniture. The franchise owner Phill Warren is Unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this company.
I looked into using these guys, but when I checked out their accreditation I found out they lied about it. They said they were BBB accredited and had the logo on their website. I found out they were not even registered with the BBB. I notified the BBB and they had to remove the BBB accredited logo from their site and then the BBB opened up their company listing with them. Don't believe me check out the start date they opened with the BBB. It is April 2014.
Had a great moving experience with these guys! After some shopping around, they had the best deal for a reputable company (I'll never make the mistake of hiring shady service again!) The movers were extremely nice and worked quickly without a hitch.
If they will lie about that what else will they lie about? I think trust is the most important thing when hiring movers to handle all my most valuable items and I cannot ever trust these guys.

As of today 4/30/2014 their website says they are still BBB accredited and they were supposed to remove the logo a few weeks ago.
My fiancé and I hired My Guys to load our Penske truck for a move from FL to Ohio. The movers didn't properly load our pull out sofa (they neglected to wrap it), and the couch was damaged in the move. It has a hole in it and doesn't pull out right. When I called Phill, he said he would reimburse me for the couch, admitting it was the fault of his employees. The check never came. I kept calling and Phill blocked my number. He ignored his contractual obligation to pay my claim.
These guys unpacked a Pod for me and were lightning fast as well respectful to my things. These guys take pride in doing their work fast and efficiently and I definitely recommend them.
