I have used the same moving company for 4 moves as they have been very reliable and what I thought affordable. But I will never go back to them after using your service. My entire 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished apartment was completely moved out and moved into my new apartment within 4 hours. I could not believe how fast and efficient the two men worked. A 3rd guy was sent to help out and it was completely unneeded as the two guys I had were extremely professional and quick. Moving is stressful and it helps when the people helping you are friendly and personable and can assure you that everything will get done. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them again.
I contacted the owner Brandon who was useless. He tried to give me a sob story of how his wife took his son and he has legal fees. This really is not my problem. He then kept asking me to leave this alone and NO, I WILL NOT. He clearly has a poor business acumen. I asked for 1.5 hours back and he refused. He also was stuttering when I mentioned the damage. I asked him to come out to the house to take a look and he also REFUSED. I also had to overpay the guys because they did not have change. And I have been asking for a receipt for the past two days and have yet to receive one. I will be contacting the better business bureau and taking him to small claims if he does not rectify this mess in a timely manner.

They moved lots of heavy items like desks and cabinets. They had to move some things around several times, because we weren't quite sure where we wanted to put everything. I would recommend them for sure.
I hired Knock It Out Moving a couple of days before a move from an apartment complex to a condo. Since we were the second move of the day, he had told me an approximate time. He called a couple of hours before he was to arrive and told me what time he would be there. They were right on time! The crew was careful with the belongings and respectful of all of the condo rules. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use these Orlando Movers again!
This company is unbelievable! After a wonderful phone conversation, my wife hired them to move us into our new home. After seeing some negative reviews she called Brandon back to confirm everything was ok with their company. His response/excuse was they had a few rough weeks due to a tear jerking illness in the family and that everything is fine now. Then confirmed that we were first on the schedule to start at 8am 2 weeks in advance. The day before the move we called to confirm and he responded with a text that we were confirmed for the next day afternoon. That was the last response we received even though we sent many more texts (he did not answer the phone and his voicemail was full). We still held out for him to respond by the original 8am appointment time. Anyone can start a business these days, so do your homework and trust the reviews. Hope this review can help their next victim. No excuse for poor communication!
They showed up at 3:05pm this past Sunday to move our two bedroom apartment into another condo 5 minutes down the road. It took them 6 hours for this move. The last time I moved, it took them 3.5 hours. This is a HUGE difference and it was a disaster. They broke things and damaged furniture. One of the movers kept taking breaks. Oh, and they told me they could not accept credit cards after they loaded the truck. This should have done before they even showed up. My sister moved her 4 bedroom house an hour away and it took them less than 6 hours so this was absurd.
This was our first time using Knock It Out Moving. They provided an excellent service on a local move. There was no damage done to our items. The lead person that helped set our appointment for the move was excellent. The young men that did the moving were very helpful and even happy to be of service. They did everything they said they would.
