This is the first time I purchase a vehicle well took out a loan to get a new car so I was super nervous. The whole entire staff treated me like family they went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. How they process works what I would pay well everything. I want to place a special thanks to Samuel Moreno he helped so much with getting me the most money for my trade in and the lowest cash deposit , also Alexis Reyes the financial rep that made me feel super comfortable and made me laugh so much that by the time I sign the papers I felt like it was the best decision I made. Thank you all for making my purchase of my dream car as easy and amazing as you all did. I recommend them to any one that's looking for a car with no stress on some sales rep on your back.

I was a little put off by the dealers fee that I didn't find out about until after the test drive but the Yukon I purchased was priced well below market value and even paying the extra $799 for the dealer fee, it was still an exceptional deal for a vehicle in that good of condition. I'm still giving them 5 stars so while I would have preferred to have been told about it immediately, I'm not going to let that one issue override the entirety of the experience of dealing with them.

The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! They stand behind their representations, they deal honestly and fairly, and the integrity of the entire staff is unmatched My salesman, Arthur Li, did an amazing job. Please ask for him. He works very hard and strives to take care of every detail with great attention and diligence. If you were concerned that the five-day, 300 mile return policy is just a gimmick, don't be as we returned our truck on the fifth day and they stood behind every promise they made. We then found another vehicle and again they did a tremendous job in delivering it to us the way it was promised. Don't look anywhere else!!
Their way of doing business reminded me of Carmax but their prices are better. I got a really nice used car at a very fair price. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.
Let me start off by saying that I absolutely despise the typical car buying process. That said, I found this dealership a refreshing change of pace. I told them exactly what I wanted to do and what I was looking for and the salesman, Guy Cesar and the sales manager, did their best to help me get there.
Service was way above and beyond my experiences with other dealers in the past. Joe the Finance Manager was also terrific! What a great dealership!
