I stopped by for two bike rack accessories. I guess the staff helped me - I was told they didn't have one part. They had the second part, but didn't offer to help me understand how to practically use it. I was disappointed. The staff could have ordered the first part for me. They told me to go to manufacturer website instead. I went across the road and had a totally different experience at another shop. Got both parts and good service. I do not recommend this shop. There are other sport stores in the area, do your research and avoid the same disappointment.
Shout out to Scott for taking the time to help me choose shoes and pedals. Excellent service on my bikes too! Service and sales were well informed and very patient. Both bikes run great and shoes (LGs) fit perfect.
I showed up 10 minutes before closing with an idea of what bike I wanted, but still needed to narrow it down. I stood around looking for almost a while, but finally Jim came over to assist me. He was so awesome and helpful, they all stayed late to take care of me, and when I requested a test drive at closing, they didn't give any sign of annoyance. Their patience paid off because I ended up buying a Fuji Nevada 1.5 29er 19" and I love it, just need a new saddle. They had an amazing promotion that seemed to good to be true, it was 30% back in points, but I had to pay $29.99 up front to become a Performance Member. I was hesitant, but I did it and sure enough the very next day I had $204 worth of points on my card which I can use on all of the accessories and parts that I need for my new bike. Minus the cost of membership, that's $174 I cleared, that is freaking awesome. Great experience, sometimes they are too busy here and you can feel like you are standing around for a while, but they have quality products and great knowledge once you work with someone. To top it off, Jim stayed a half hour after closing to help me put on my car rack for the first time, he was such a courteous, stand-up, helpful employee, definitely made the experience for me. Can't wait to come in and get my new bike all hooked up!
