I'm sharing a photo of our food for you here.
I will not share the photo of the restroom that I took to share with my husband, as that would be in poor taste. I'll suffice it to say that I don't find unisex restrooms to be a successful idea when there are two available right beside one another. The restroom was undesirably unclean upon the gentleman leaving the room prior to my turn. I flushed for him and cleaned the seat myself (insert the well-known "...please be neat and... seat," rhyme here.)
The food was pretty good - I would give it a solid four stars. I'm from the Chicago area originally, so I appreciated the traditional element of celery salt on their Vienna Beef hot dog. The dressings on the hot dog were fresh and the non-gmo potato bun was a thoughtful and yummy touch. They slice the hot dog down the middle and fry it, and while it wasn't personally my favorite (it made the dog a little rubbery for me,) I did know that this is how it would arrive. If I were to return, I would probably special order it by requesting that they not fry the hot dog.
Hands down the best burger, hot dog and chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Visiting Family in Florida and Shake Shack was one of the best meals we had during the visit. Going back to Okla I️ know I️ won’t find a better burger than the one I️ had a Shake Shack. It was fantastic!
Overall a good experience. I might return as long as I didn't need to use the restroom.
That aside, the food was very good, hot, and fresh. We also enjoyed frozen custard malts.
In defense of the staff, I must say that I didn't report this information to them. I do believe that I (most likely,) would not have found the toilet in the state it was in if a female had been using it.
My husband and I went to The Shake Shack on a lunch date recently and enjoyed the environment of the outdoor area in which to eat.
I have reduced my review by one star in consideration of the gross condition of the restroom, which I believe would have likely been different had they assigned female/male specific restrooms.
The fellow at the counter service was friendly and professional.
The food taste good. Everything is made fresh to order. Burgers were juicy, the fries were as crisp as the view. The biggest gripe I have is the price. It's marginally better than most $5-6 burgers but you will be paying almost double that. If you are willing to pay a premium for the views and decor, give it a try.
There are lovely fountains and sculptures nearby and the view from the seating area outdoors is of Lake Katherine.
Food is alright, shakes are pretty good but could be better (like real strawberries instead of flavor and food dye). Games out back are fun when all the pieces are there. The view on the lake is great if it's not too buggy out. Parking I'm this center is horrible much of the time.
I honestly would not mind the price if the burgers were epic but they are not. I don't remember the name of the burger i got but it had cheese filing, overall i found it to be bland. However, the staff is great and the atmosphere lovely.
