Clean store and helpful staff.
Staff is helpful and very friendly! The layout is easy to locate what your looking for.
Walked in on a Friday morning and within literally 10 minutes of browsing, the manager walked up to me, interrupting my phone call and started harassing me, accusing me of loitering and threatening to kick me out. All this even after I showed my ID.
Great selection and prices. Inviting atmosphere and the staff has a tasting station for almost everything I ever wanted to try.
I was humiliated in front of everyone in the store. He then gave me a 3 minute deadline to leave and began stalking/following me around the store, worst experience of my life. I was forced to buy something I didnt really want as all of his employees stared at me like I was a lunatic, effectively ruining my weekend. Ive never felt the need to contact a corporate office until today.
(Note: the actual store is fine, it has a wide diverse selection and is very neat/clean)
