What a wonderful experience we had with Monarch Jewelry! The experience at Monarch has been exceptional and a shout out to Shawn for all of his help. It's not easy to find a jeweler that you trust and treats customers well. The fiancé wanted to get her ring sized (not bought from them) a few months ago and didn't want to be without it for long. On a Saturday they were able to size it in about 30 min and for a beyond reasonable amount of money let alone for express service. I went in there today with the ring to have it cleaned and get my watch appraised and as usual they were wonderful to deal with that I wish the ring would have come from them.
If you want a company that cares about your pieces go see John! It is so cool that they do onsite repairs!
