Revision Rhinoplasty was performed 2 months ago by Dr Gross and I'm loving the results!! Everyone in the office is so friendly and I felt completely at ease through the whole process. The pampering before and after surgery was wonderful. I would recommend this office and Dr Gross to anyone looking for a great facial plastic surgeon!

The surgery went smoothly and I experienced very little pain. I would say a 4 on a scale of 1-10. After a week with just a little foundation I was able to go out in the public. Only slight bruising required concealer. My profile is now beautiful, my nostrils are even and I have no bump. I cant fail to mention that when Dr. Gross performed my surgery he found I had a deviated septum that needed repair and now I breath so much easier. My husband even says that I do not snore any longer. What a great benefit. I am so happy with the entire experience at Primera.

I went to Dr. Gross after doing much research. I had a nose injury which left a misshapen bridge a few years earlier. I decided to have a rhinoplasty to fix this and decided he was the right doctor for the job. Other doctors in town do them occasionally. Dr. Gross does them weekly and specializes in facial surgeries. This really increased my confidence level and was a major factor in going through with it.
Last November, I noticed my skin was showing a lot of stress and was not looking so youthful. I decided I wanted to start taking better care and I called Primera for a consultation. It's now my monthly treat and my skin has never looked better. My favorite is the VI Peel and Microdermabrasion. Tami is always so friendly and always make me feel comfortable no matter the treatment. My skin has never looked better!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Gross for facial surgical needs. After visiting six plastic surgeons I chose him for my rhinoplasty. I felt pampered and like my comfort was a priority to the office from start to finish. Dr. Gross was extremely knowledgeable and experienced so I was able to relax throughout, and not suprisingly, my results are great.
