Came in at 8:40 for passport application and there was less than 1 minute wait time and got out by 8:47 getting application done. Great efficient and swift service!
Pro Tip: If you are doing anything here head in close to closing time, 4pm, because I haven't ever spent more than going in around that time. It is my small win of the horrible reason why I am there. Also cash is King, I think check and money orders a second, they will take cards (to pay off tickets at least) but it is like a $3.95 fee.
My husband and I needed to apply for passports. We got there at 7:50, and the office opened at 8 am. If you have all of your documents ready (including filling out the passport application ahead of time online), it will be a breeze. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Older security gentleman at the front was very welcoming as well. Overall, it was quick, easy, and convenient.
First and foremost it is a courthouse/government building so if you are here for anything other than paying for traffic tickets you are going to be in a better mood. I unfortunately have had a few trips here. The parking lot is small but I have never had an issue finding a spot. If for some reason all the spots are gone it is behind a small shopping strip so it is not like you will have to park in the street. The people running the windows have always been nice, this would have been more taxing if they were not.

What a waste of tax dollars- I got a red light camera ticket discounted from 286 to 200 what an outrageous price! take down the cameras and charge less if your gonna do it- anyways so I went here, the parking lot is small and crowded they need another entrance, the wait was forever, paying off the ticket took me an hour an a half with no seating available all though they probably could have at least opened up the top part of the building up past the stairs. ticket should be payable online at least and not have me appreciate how much our loving government steals and cheats its peoples every day.
