Professionalism from the second I opened the door! I was offered a beverage when I checked in and my hairdresser Raquel was ready & waiting on me. She listened and asked questions - absolutely no assumptions were made, which I greatly appreciate. From conversation to the skill level of Raquel to the courteous manner of the staff - could not have asked for a better experience today. I've been looking for a high quality salon in Winter Park that is not pretentious or charge through the nose & today I hit the jackpot!

Just got my nails done by Mona! She did a fabulous job! I also got a nice relaxing facial and my pedicure is beautiful ! Definitely recommend her and next time I'm bringing my friends!
